At Orthofeet, we stand behind our products with a 60-day wear test, allowing you to return or exchange your footwear for any reason to ensure the perfect fit and comfort. We provide a seamless experience to help you find the relief and support your feet deserve.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided through the portal to ensure your return is tracked and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the footwear in its original packaging and securely attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your replacement within 5-7 business days.
